How long do your candles burn? Each 8 oz Eirenea candle burns for approximately 50 hours when cared for properly. Trimming your wick and allowing a full melt pool on the first burn will maximize burn time.

How should I care for my candle? Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn. On your first burn, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the vessel — this prevents tunnelling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always burn on a heat-safe surface within sight.

What are your candles made from? We use a luxury coconut-apricot wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. No paraffin, no synthetic dyes, no harmful additives.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes. Select gift wrapping at checkout and we'll wrap your order in tissue paper with a ribbon and a handwritten note card.

What is your shipping policy? We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy? We accept returns on unused, unburned candles within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@eireneacandleco.com to begin a return.

My candle arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@eireneacandleco.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
